Wander

With the earth as my companion

And the sun as my friend

I follow the wind

Guided by the unchanging sky.

I am as mist

Or dust

Moving forever

Never stopping

Always moving on.

Rivers flow ever onward

Hearts begin and end

But the same pulsing rhythm remains

And I wander on.

So lead on, wind

And darken, sky

And wander, wanderer

Brethren we find.

Blood is thicker than water

They say

Yet

The blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb

Is what it means.

So I find my own kindred.

Yet

I

Walk

On.

Wander, wanderer.

Walk

Run

Fly

To wherever

The morrow

Brings.
